AFYREN reserves the right to modify the content at any time without notice, and may not be held liable for the consequences of such changes. Access to and use of the site are governed by the conditions below and current legal provisions. By accessing it, you agree to these conditions unreservedly, without limitation.  

The site has been created in compliance with the rules applicable in France, even if it is accessible to other users. If there is any discrepancy between the information shown in the French version of the site and the information shown in its English version, the information in the French version takes precedence.

1. Content of the Site

AFYREN provides this information solely for informative purposes and endeavours to control its truthfulness and keep the site up to date. However, it provides no guarantee as to the accuracy, precision, up-to-date character or completeness of the information appearing on the site.   

Consequently, unless a serious or intentional misdemeanour has been committed, AFYREN declines all responsibility for any damage resulting from any lack of precision or inaccuracy in the information provided on its site, and for any damage resulting from  a third party’s fraudulent intrusion into the  site designed to harm the interests or image of AFYREN  or its subsidiaries or affiliates, including by misrepresenting information contained in the site. AFYREN’s liability may not be incurred for any damage or virus that harms your computer hardware or makes it unusable following a visit to our site despite the security measures implemented.  

Unavailability: access to the site may be interrupted or restricted in the event of work involving maintenance or updating, or for any other reason including technical requirements. AFYREN is in no way responsible for these interruptions or any consequences entailed for web users.   

In addition, the site operates by means of the Internet and mobile networks that are beyond our control. We are not responsible for the unavailability of the site or any problems in downloading or accessing the site’s contents or the inability to do so.  

Hypertext links: To facilitate access to other sites that could provide further information, AFYREN has included a number of hypertext links in its site. However, its liability may not be incurred as regards any third-party site you access via our site that contain any contentious or inaccurate content.  AFYREN has no means of controlling the contact of third-party sites. External sites may contain hypertext links leading to our site; AFYREN has no legal means of opposing this widespread practice on the Internet and may under no circumstances be held responsible for content coming from sites outside the Group.   

Cookies policy: A cookie is a small computer file, a tracer, that analyses users’ behaviour when they visit a website, read an email or install or use software or a mobile phone application. 

Data are collected in the form of information that is destroyed at the end of the visit, or generally after 30 minutes’ inactivity on your part.

The AFYREN site makes use of Google Analytics, Google Recapcha and Google Tag Manager cookies. However, you can control this, according to the publisher’s instructions.  

2. Intellectual property

All images, trademarks, logos, domain names and information in text or image form present on the site are the property of AFYREN or companies in its Group, or authorisation has been granted for their use. Any use through reproduction, modification, downloading, transmission or any other process existing now or in the future is subject to prior written authorisation (by letter, email or fax). Only copies for private, non-commercial use are permitted, subject to the above-mentioned intellectual property rights and more generally the intellectual property rights of third parties. The reproduction of article or reports shown on any of our published sites is also subject to authorisation and must include the phrase “©AFYREN” or comply with the rights cited in the source. Anyone infringing these rights is liable for prosecution.  

3. Personal data protection  

The protection of your personal data is extremely important to AFYREN, and it takes every reasonable precaution to ensure that they are processed in total security in compliance with GDPR regulations and the applicable Data Protection Act.   

Certain personal data registered on our server are those you voluntarily provide when you complete forms online (including via the Contact tab) or which arise from the technical settings inherent to use of the Site: 

  • Your IP address: an IP address is allocated to your computer by your Internet access provider so that you can access the Internet. The IP identifier changes each time you log on and does not permit automatic identification;  
  • Your login if you browse parts of the site with restricted access;  
  • The date and time of your visit to the site and the pages viewed;
  • Your computer’s operating system and the browser software;   
  • The volume of data transmitted;
  • Your pathway through the site and the time you spent logged on.  

Ethical standards and the use of data collected: 

These data are used by AFYREN for the following purposes:

  • To enable AFYREN to process your requests and reply to your messages;
  • To process your applications and manage the hiring procedure as the case may be;
  • To indicate new features and services on the site to visitors;
  • To ensure the security of our site;   
  • To obtain information on users’ browsing on the site, but only in an impersonal manner.

These personal data – provided voluntarily on the site – are strictly reserved for internal use at AFYREN and will involve no commercial exploitation or transmission or transfer to any party for commercial or prospecting purposes. They are stored for the time required for processing requests and no longer than one year after the last contact with the person, and can only be accessed by a limited number of authorised people who need them to perform their tasks.

To provide you with the best possible services, AFYREN may make use of other entities in its Group and service providers located within the European Economic Area (EEA).  These service providers process your data solely when we instruct them to, and the processing is carried out on our behalf. We have no intention of transferring them to a third country.

Answers to questions asked are optional, except for those we need to contact or reply to you.  

AFYREN employs technical and organisational measures to ensure an appropriate level of security protecting your personal data from any unauthorised, accidental or illegal alteration, destruction, loss or disclosure. These measures will be constantly boosted in line with technological developments

You have rights concerning the access to, correction, deletion, restriction, opposition to and portability of your data, in compliance with the applicable regulations.  

4. Jurisdiction and applicable law

Any dispute concerning the site or this legal notice must be submitted to the courts of Clermont-Ferrand (France), and will be governed and analysed on its merits according to French legislation, independently of conflict-of-law rules or urgent or similar proceedings.   

Use of this site implies your express agreement to the application of this clause concerning jurisdiction. If any provision of this notice is ruled to be illegal, void or unenforceable for any reason, it will be deemed non-existent and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the other provisions.
