AFYREN announces 2025 full-year financial results and the full takeover of its AFYREN NEOXY biorefinery
Clermont-Ferrand/Lyon, March 31, 2025, at 6:00 pm CET – AFYREN, a greentech company offering manufacturers biobased, low-carbon ingredients through a unique fermentation technology based on a circular model provides today audited annual financial results for the year ended December 31, 2025, as approved by the Board of Directors on March 31, 2026, and announces the 100% acquisition of the AFYREN NEOXY biorefinery and the implemented evolution of its development strategy.
